International Conference on Mechanical, Automotive and Mechatronics Engineering Dubai Submission Guidelines
To submit a paper, participants must follow the submission guidelines outlined in the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). The submission process must be done through the CMT, using the link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICMAME2023. All papers submitted to ICMAME will be checked for authenticity using iThenticate™, a plagiarism checking software. The plagiarism check will be performed twice: during the initial submission and again for the camera-ready submission after acceptance. The IEEE rules for the similarity ratio will be enforced to ensure that submissions meet authenticity standards. All papers will be subject to peer review, and those that meet IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements will be published on the platform.

Registration Fee for 2nd paper 300 EURO

Extra page fee (after 6 pages) 50 EURO/page
- All physical participants get certificates and conference kits.
- Virtual presenters will get an official participation certificate and the conference proceedings after the conference in electronic form by e-mail.
- A refund of the charge is not available.
- Registration fee for physical participation includes 2 coffee breaks for the first day, a conference kit, and a presentation certificate.
