BYD debuts in the UAE alongside Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility Co.

BYD EV UAE – BYD Partnering with Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility Company, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD will introduce its vehicles in the United Arab Emirates. Through this partnership, the region will have access to more electric vehicle options and price points. BYD sees the Gulf markets as an opportunity for growth outside of China, with 1.86 million NEV sales in 2022.

Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility Company’s goal is to empower more people to support the green mobility agenda in order to democratize the EV market. By 2030, the company wants to have installed 3,000 charging stations and increased new energy vehicle sales from 3 percent to 30 percent.

BYD Model Selection

SUVs are part of BYD’s model lineup, which offers a diverse selection that is highly valued by potential customers. Additionally, the promise of a wider price range will encourage more UAE car owners to convert to electric vehicles.

Han and Atto 3 is released by BYD

BYD unveiled two models, the Han and Atto 3, at a gathering in Dubai. By the end of the year, the company intends to introduce four models (EVs and plug-in hybrids), with a product launch already scheduled for the third quarter.

BYD has already reduced over 29 billion kilograms of carbon emissions, and the company intends to introduce better and more carbon-neutral solutions into the UAE. A. BYD’s general manager, D. Huang, emphasizes the firm’s dedication to bringing better, more sustainable solutions to the area.
