The 2013 Lexus GS 350 is the 4th generation vehicle to hit the road. Lexus hopes to make a big impact with this luxury car with the goal of stealing some of the sales away from BMW and Mercedes. The 2012 Lexus GS 350 is powered by a 3.5 liter V-6 engine with VVT-i. The engine also features port and direct injection which will improve performance and fuel economy. The 2012 Lexus GS 350 has 306 horsepower and will be able to run from 0-60 MPH in 5.7 seconds.

The interior of the 2013 Lexus GS 350 received a total overhaul and the result is a cleaner interior with higher quality materials. The leather is nice and supple, the brushed aluminum looks great, and the wood trim feels very luxurious. The area where Lexus really excels is the technology factor. Lexus uses a touchpad which is a wonderful system that controls the multimedia center.

Many design ques on the 2012 Lexus GS 350 were taken or inspired from the Lexus LFA supercar. Lexus engineers designed a very aerodynamic shape to lower the drag coefficient which adds to fuel economy. What is most evident on the GS 350 is the new signature spindle grille with its trapezoidal contours. This is the new styling direction that Lexus is going. Coupled with cool LED headlights the new 2012 Lexus GS 350 should give the other players in the luxury car segment a run for their money.
