GALADARI AUTOMOBILES INAUGURATE STATE-OF-THE-ART HOUSE OF MAZDA SHOWROOM
Galadari Automobiles Co. Ltd. LLC (GAL), the sole distributor for Mazda vehicles in the UAE, inaugurated today its new state-of-the-art House of Mazda showroom located at Sheikh Zayed Road. Abdulla Al Shaibani, Chairman of Galadari Brothers (GB) the parent company of GAL, Khaled Soliman, Group CEO of GB, and Moro Masahiro, Executive Officer at Mazda Motor Corporation, jointly cut the ceremonial ribbon.
GB and Mazda recently commemorated their 40 years of successful partnership. GAL started with a small showroom on Al Ittihad Road in Dubai and today operates 7 showrooms and service facilities across the UAE. Mr. Soliman said, “This strategic partnership with Mazda has been created over the past 40 years on the solid basis of mutual trust and common long term corporate interests. I look forward to our continuous endeavors to strengthen our enduring and established partnership with Mazda. And by working in synergy, we are excited about what lies ahead in 2013 and hope to accomplish so much more.”
Commenting on the opening, Axel Dreyer, General Manager of GAL said: “We are proud of the inauguration of our new state-of-the-art Mazda facility. With this project, we are setting a benchmark for Mazda worldwide. Our aim with this new showroom is to deliver a clear message to our customers. Step by step, we will modernize our entire existing network across the country.”
The showroom’s architecture is modern with advanced showroom lighting and multimedia equipment. It features a two story workshop facility with 64 bays, express service, special rustproofing area, and modern diagnostic tools. The spacious customer lounge has a business center and even an I-Pad station.
The event inauguration took place on the 20th of March highlighting influences of the brand through Japanese craftsmanship and instinct. Zen Garden, Geisha’s, Samurai fighting, were only some of the entertainment highlighted in the event as well as a dedicated menu by Radisson Blu Deira.
The all new Mazda 6 was likewise unveiled during the Japanese inspired opening ceremony. The Mazda 6 has been developed with low fuel consumption and greater driver enjoyment in mind. The really big strides made in the Mazda 6 are in the engine, transmission and chassis departments. Mazda’s bold approach to the engine has resulted in unusually high and low compression ratios for its small range of petrol and diesel engines. Previous models of the Mazda 6 have always been held in high regard by owners and the media and the all new Mazda 6 is expected to live up to its reputation. Mazda’s attention to detail and engineering are very apparent in the Mazda 6. And with its bold appearance, the Mazda 6 possesses the visual appeal to confidently compete head-on with the competition.
Last year, GAL received two awards from Mazda: “Best GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award 2011” and “Runner-up for Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Award 2011.” The GCC Distributor Facility and Performance Award is an integral part of Mazda’s approach towards continuous self-improvement and adoption of best practices across the GCC. The award is part of many initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing customer experience and satisfaction with the brand at every touch point.
