1、Vehicle Selection: You can choose your preferred vehicle on the website or leave a message to inform us of your needs, and we will provide more vehicle sources for your selection. After communicating with our staff, we will confirm the vehicle source information, vehicle condition, sales transaction price, and trade payment terms.

2、Contract Signing: After signing the contract, pay the contract amount in accordance with the agreed terms. We will simultaneously conduct vehicle inspection. Once the vehicle passes the professional third-party inspection and meets your expectations, we will carry out vehicle acquisition, complete vehicle export procedures, customs declaration and other related work, which generally takes 5 working days.

3、Vehicle Transportation: After receiving your payment, you need to contact a freight forwarder in advance to book a shipping space. We can also recommend suitable freight forwarders. We will arrange the transportation of the vehicle to your designated port, deliver the vehicle to you or your authorized agent, and provide all customs declaration and clearance documents.

4、Transaction Completion: In accordance with the terms of the FOB trade contract, the transaction is completed at this point, but this does not mean the end of our services. During this process, you also need to contact a local customs clearance company in your country to complete the subsequent goods clearance procedures.

5、After-Sales Service: Before vehicle transportation, if you need to change the system operating language, equip with additional vehicle keys, or upgrade the configuration, we can make upgrades according to your requirements. During the use of your vehicle, you can contact us for any issues. We have a professional after-sales service team in China that can provide you with better suggestions.
